Conceived on the basis of the most up-to-date technology, MOLINETTO is a neat, compact plant, specially designed for those who want to make their own oil easily and cheaply.

The MOLINETTO machine comprises: an olive loading hopper, a mechanical olive crusher, a malaxer with a hot water circulation jacket including an electrical element to heat the water, a thermostat and recycling pump, as well as a centrifugal extractor for two-phase operations, an oil-collecting tank, a filter screen, an oil transferring pump, and a main control panel. The machine is supplied complete with platform and mono pump for discharging the husks. The plant is also fitted with a special continuous gravity separator that preserves all the organoleptic features of the oil. Made of glass, in the Tuscan tradition of the Florentine vase, the separator enables the machine operator to observe the natural water-oil separation process.
